Art Music House is a bright 100 sq m apartment located on the third floor with a beautiful terrace where you can dine while admiring the breathtaking Lake Como and its unique landscapes!
As you walk up our steps, you’ll meet Bel, our wonderful dog.

apartment is functionally and welcomingly furnished, ideal for families or groups. The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with a TV with access to Netflix and Prime Video, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The kitchen, also spacious, offers direct access to the balcony where you can dine al fresco or simply relax while admiring the splendid lake view. The accommodation has three bedrooms, sleeping a total of six, perfect for ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The bathroom is modern and well-equipped, with a large bathtub and a spacious shower. Near the house, we offer our guests a private covered garage, otherwise, just below the house, there is a public parking lot with a parking disc.Other things to keep in mind
The tourist tax is €1 per person per day, excluding certain types of exempt persons such as:
– minors up to 14 years of age;
– disabled persons who are not self-sufficient, with appropriate medical certification, and their companion;
– members of the State and Local Police forces, as well as the National Fire Brigade Corps who are staying overnight for service reasons.The tax will be refunded upon arrival at the apartment.

LATE CHECK-IN FEE
For all arrivals after the check-in limit (7:00 PM/7 PM), a supplement of:
