The space
Welcome to our modern, newly built apartment, just a 7-minute walk from magnificent Lake Como. Measuring 130 square meters, the apartment is fully automated, designed to offer maximum comfort and functionality during your stay.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen features every convenience to make your home-cooked meals a pleasure. The living room is spacious and bright, a perfect place to relax after a day of excursions or activities. Outside, a small, secure garden offers a play area for children, visible from the terrace, so parents can conveniently supervise them while they relax. The first terrace, overlooking the garden, is perfect for enjoying a peaceful aperitif. The second terrace is ideal for al fresco lunches or dinners.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one double and one with three single beds, perfect for families or groups. The master bathroom is spacious and equipped with a large shower, while a small bathroom with a sink and a second toilet offer additional convenience.

For maximum comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, which can be activated from the hottest months of July to the end of August. Additionally, there is a private indoor garage with an electric car charging point, making the apartment perfect for those traveling with sustainable vehicles.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, so you can always stay connected. The strategic location, close to the lake and major tourist attractions, allows you to easily explore the area, while the comfort and tranquility of the apartment will ensure a perfect vacation.

Please note that a daily surcharge of €15 is required for charging electric vehicles to cover the cost of energy used.

This fee applies exclusively to the use of the EV charging station during your stay. Payment will be required upon check-out.

The tourist tax is €1 per person per day, excluding certain exempt individuals, such as:
minors under 14 years of age;
disabled persons who are not self-sufficient, with appropriate medical certification, and their companion;
members of the State and Local Police, as well as the National Fire Brigade who are staying overnight for official reasons.

The tax will be refunded upon arrival at the apartment.
