Lake view apartment located in Dongo, Lake Como. Located on the second floor of a building. Close to the lakeside promenade, it’s an ideal location for accessing mountain trails and the area’s main tourist attractions. The house is connected to a small holistic space where you can relax (massage, yoga, reiki, Tibetan singing bowls). Reserved parking space for small vehicles.

The space
The Ninfea Del Lago apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and electric kettle. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and TV. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The living room also features a sofa bed that can sleep one person. The bathroom is complete with a shower, toilet, sink, and bidet. The apartment also offers a reserved outdoor parking space for small vehicles. Alternatively, there is a free public parking lot 150 meters away. Towels and bed linens will be provided upon check-in. In the immediate vicinity, about 30 meters away, there is a large supermarket, and all necessary services are available nearby, including a supermarket, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a gas station.

On the ground floor of our vacation home, you will find a mechanic available who, with discretion and professionalism, can assist you with any problems with your vehicle, ensuring a worry-free vacation.

The tourist tax is €1 per person per day, excluding certain exempt individuals, such as:
– minors under 14 years of age;
– disabled persons who are not self-sufficient, with appropriate medical certification, and their companion;
– members of the State and Local Police Forces, as well as the National Fire Brigade Corps who are staying overnight for official reasons.

The tax will be refunded upon arrival at the apartment.

LATE CHECK-IN FEE:
For all arrivals after the check-in limit (19:00/7PM) there will be a supplement of:
